My friend, Grace, got baptised during the church service. Mommy and Daddy told me that's what Easter is really about. Jesus is alive!

There was a huge Easter egg hunt after church. Like my ears??

The ZOO!

I got to go to the zoo on Saturday. It was a beautiful day and I saw lots of animals.

Aunt Cheri loves rhinos, so we just had to take this picture.
I liked looking at the water everywhere we went. There were big fish and lots of turtles in there!

My First Birthday Party

I'm One!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful first birthday and birthday party. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with me and everyone else who sent gifts and love.

It was a Tigger theme since Mommy and Daddy think I like to bounce like Tigger does.

Gram made me this wonderful cake. She put a lot of work into it and was showing me the progress.

Just haning out with some of the family. It was a great day!

A Pound of Dirt

Poppie is always saying that everyone is going to eat a pound of dirt in their life, some do it all at once. Well, Poppie, I've started!

It was a beautiful day and Mommy wanted to work in the flower bed. We all went outside together. It was my first real time to play outside. I didn't much want to walk behind my push toy with Daddy to get the mail.

I did like playing in the grass...at least for a little while
Then I got curious about this stuff Mommy was digging in.
But Mommy, I couldn't help it!! I had to taste it!!!

One Cold Night

We had some really cold weather last week. Unfortunately, we didn't get all the snow like my cousin, Thatcher. Me, Mommy, and Daddy did stay in with a fire and play all evening, though. Boy, was it fun!!!

I liked looking at the fire. It is really pretty.

Mommy and Daddy say I'm preaching when I do this and bounce and talk. I just want somebody to understand what I'm saying. I have good points!
This is one of my favorite toys. (Thank you Jenny!!) I get really excited when it starts popping balls into the air and playing music.
